This follows straight on from the last chapter from Book 1.... It won't make as much sense if you haven't read the first Love my Neighbour book! Maddie and Zane now live together in Zane's house. His identical twin Zach lives nextdoor where Maddie used to live in the house her parents own. Zane is a young police officer and good looking, Maddie is gorgeous, works in retail and manages a store in the city. Zach still flies in and flies out of his job up north in the mines. Zach is still dating different women so nothings changed there. Everything is going fine until there's a car accident and suddenly everything changes for all 3 of them. 🇦🇺 This book is based in the city of Brisbane in Australia and obviously I am an Aussie too. If you don't understand the odd Aussie slang or word I have used please feel free to ask what it means. I will be more than happy to explain. ®️ WARNING. There is definitely adult content in this book. Sex scenes and such. I warn at the start of each chapter any are featured in. There is also swearing and language at times. If either of these don't sit well with you then perhaps you might like to skip this read. Hope you enjoy the sequel.

When Ana confronts her new neighbour after being kept up all night by his sex noises, she's mortified to discover he's none other than Freddie-the police officer who arrested her abusive ex-boyfriend last month. The pair interact only when necessary and do so with light-hearted insults and harmless pranks. But when a baby shows up on his doorstep with a note claiming to be his, Freddie suddenly needs his neighbour for more than just a casual flirt. They think their relationship is platonic, but when their attraction is no longer avoidable, they come up with one rule. Don't kiss. Everything else is up for grabs and if Ana can stick to that one rule, her heart will remain unbroken. She has no desire to fall in love and Freddie simply doesn't have time. They think it's the perfect agreement but when feelings intensify, it becomes clear their plan is failing. Secrets are unveiled. Hearts get broken. Love gets complicated.
