Hanahaki : a fictional (emphasis on fictional) disease, often used in fanfictions, where the victim regurgitates and coughs up flower petals when they suffer from unrequited love. One way to get rid of the illness is to confess their love,if the person loves them back they will be cures but if the person does not they will die from heart break.The illness can also be cured through surgical removal, however any existing romantic feelings for anyone are also removed with the infection. If they leave it too long they will die because their lungs will fill with flowers making them unavle to breathe .The illness is in the lungs and throat. The flower is usually the loved ones favourite flower or colour.
Hanahaki Disease is a fictional disease in which the victim coughs up flower petals when they suffer from one-sided love. It ends when the beloved returns their feelings (romantic love only; strong friendship is not enough), or when the victim dies. It can be cured through surgical removal, but when the infection is removed, the victim's romantic feelings for their love also disappear. The victim will never be able to love again......

Junhui does indeed cough up the blue primrose petals from time to time, Joshua's favourite kind. They suddenly stop by the time he had started coughing up the individual petals of 3-4 Primroses.
