Drake Baker, a 28-year-old, lives a very routine and boring life. Every day, he wakes up to the same routine to work at his crappy job. One day, things change for everybody. A viral outbreak starts out, exploding in Canada and quickly spreading to the U.S and eventually, the rest of the world. People going mad with acidic blisters growing out of them and tearing each other apart quickly started an apocalypse.

Follow Drake as he travels across the country to find a safe haven with a young tourist couple, a man with an unknown past and many more people to encounter. What will they do to stay alive?

But when a human is mated to a supernatural creature it will cause them pain until they are together. Lucano promises this sweet broken girl every night in his dreams that he will find her and bring her back to his home safe and sound. Firstly, A trigger warning for mental health/ self inflicted wounds when reading. you're only 18 years old. your name is zoe. you always had a love for the apocalypse but didn't think it would truly happen. and you slowly learn that nobody is who they say they are. Nobody is to be trusted. Things are gonna fall apart, and nobody can save us now. This book is being rewritten again and hopefully is better than the first and second time it was published. It's kind of cringe most of the way. Wrote it when i was like 13-14 years old or something and tried rewriting when I was about 16. Didn't work. Trying to rewrite it again at 20 but i don't think the first two books are saveable. Book three so far however is going well(i believe anyway). The second book has also been rewritten and will be rewritten again. now I'm working on finishing book three. All characters are mine but ellis is not I will be changing a lot of character names again in this rewriting process in all books, ellis being the biggest.

But when push comes to shove, when you're barely alive and should be dead, the people who you don't know may just save you. Surviving without enemies is hard enough. But when the past comes back to haunt and enemies come to fight, the apocalypse may just become almost impossible to survive. Brains and brawn may not be enough. It takes heart to make it day to day. They knew it would be hard. They didn't know it would be next to impossible to survive. This is a story my friend and I wrote together. It took us about a year to complete. Comments would be great to see so we know if something needs to be fixed or if it's a good story.
