Also people who have a emetophobia (why I started this book, to try normalise myself to it in a weird way) this book contains it alot very early on in the first few chapters then it slowly transforms into a dark book. Mentions of: self harm, suicide, eating disorders, rape, drugs, drugging of others, grooming, violence, bullying. (Anything that may fall under dark themed I've probably written about)
