Quirks also known as a Meta Ability are special superhuman abilities that people are born with. They have become a normalcy in life that almost everyone in the world except a poor, select few. Through Quirks, the creation of heroes and villains were thrust into the world and those without quirks live normal lives. 

It has been said that becoming a hero without a quirk was impossible but one quirkless individual scoffs at that statement, she has promised to become a hero that will save lives and bring fear into the hearts of those who have chosen the path of evil.
