When The Drugs Don't Work

"So, what kind of party you got for me?" He smirks and look at me taking out a black long sunglass case.
"I have a lot love, but you seem like a girl who may like a little white boy in your life."
"White boy?" I ask as he unzips his bag and take out a spoon and a needle, which I am hoping is clean. In a smaller pocket he pulls out a baggie of white powder.
"You've never done H?"

Heroin.... he thinks I want heroin? I was always more of an upper girl but I wouldn't be against trying something new. I look at the bag and the spoon and the needle and gulp with anxiety.
