Imagine a world where Freudian slips can manifest into quasi-physical entities. Now imagine that, "sleep paralysis demons," are just stronger versions of these entities brought to life by the negative kadmon energy released during sleep. These, "demons," are known as Kadmon. Though they are not inherently evil, when manifested from negative potential they do become malevolent.

Nightmare had been alone in his head for the longest time. For 500 years he was able to gain more power, a castle, a gang, and a reputation of one of the most dangerous beings in the multiverse. But when Dream had broken out of stone, someone else made themselves known, someone who should have been dead. OR Corrupted Nightmare is a parasite and Passive Nightmare refuses to die.
