Description: user can summon a object but if they over use there quirk her hand will cramp and they won't be able to use there hand well, if the user doesn't stop using it/rest when users hand starts to cramp then the cramps will spread to there arm and they will not be able to use there arm.

Shigaraki and her were childhood friends but then she "disappeared" (moves to America) then years later she moved back to Japan
