This is a memoir about the time I found out my sister had passed away. She had been battling cancer, Acute Myeloid Leukemia to be exact, for nine months. A lot happened in the months leading to her health trial, and many more happened in the final weeks. At the young age of thirteen, she was taken from this earth.
