Simultaneously -adverb- at one and at the same time.
Staring across my copies of folders towards my next patient, I will be consulting when he enters the double doors of the entrance. "Jason McCann." I whisper faintly glancing at the profile as I unfold the document.
As I perceived to look inside the record of this man, I comprehended that he was around twenty-one, and had a fraction of a criminal record, guilty in all penalties, consisting of murder, an assault over the firearm, slaughtering his ex-girlfriend, escaping jail, kidnapping prostitutes for his own satisfaction and resisting arrest. "Interesting, Now what about your background?" I whispered.
I held up an interesting paper in the documents as my eyes scanned down the information. "Lived in an orphanage since birth, Parents unknown, Adoption never finalized, stayed in Canadas Orphanage until his fifteen years, manage to escape and disappear." I say as I read concentrating over the next paper about his medical needs or disorder.
My fingernails slide across the paper taking in ever word of medical maintenance. "Wow doctors have to rush in to give him shots because of his frequent panic attacks throughout the night." I say to myself as I was perplex.
"However, Why come to a hospital if he's the most wanted criminal in Canada?"as I look towards the final copy which is the disorder that Mr.McCann contains.
"Schizophrenia," I said as I interlaced my hands together against the white lab coat, reflecting towards this patient. Hearing my phone sound buzzing, I picked it and answered "Hello?".
"Doctor Reinhart the patient is ready to see you, shall we bring him to your office now." the guard informed me as I hear the yelling and screaming of other patients. I gulped and replied.
"You may." I informed him clearly. As he sighed and said "Alright, Ma'am he will be heavily restrained. We wil see you in about 30 minutes." the guard stated.

I quickly grabbed my keys and left the apartment to head towards my car. It was already dark outside, but it wasn't cold, I didn't need a jacket.
