Percy Jackson had a relatively normal life (excluding the frequent monsters he had to fight) following the events concerning Kronos. Then, his world turned upside down when his longterm girlfriend Annabeth broke up with him during his junior year in college. That was only the beginning. Percy and his roommate, Nico, find this girl stranded on the beach with one eye gouged out (gross) and no memory of who she is (of course). Percy tries to help the girl remember while dealing with heartbreak because of Annabeth. Percy Jackson was able to defeat a titan, but right now girl drama seems so much harder.

Chaos got called to Olympus to clean up the gods' little mess. Gaia AND Kronos AND Chaos' sister Order are loose in America, and Chaos' army has been summoned to help deal with them. and guess where the army'll be staying? In CHB, of course! Aside from fighting the bad guys' army, Percy and Nico also have to deal with nosy campers *cough* Annabeth *cough* trying to look under their hoods, stalking them, and generally not minding their own business.
