Nishijima Kasumi is a second year student studying at Fukuda Sōgo Academy. She decided to focus on her studies, now that she's in high school since she did badly when she was in middle school for playing around and not studying seriously. She wants to get into a good college but how can she do that when her seat mate keeps on bothering her?

Well, there is also that one problem. One of her best friends, who is a hopeless romantic, wants to pair them up. "To possibly change him!" she said. If she doesn't, her best friend would spread out her embarrassing secrets.
