Joseph Joestar, an university student in Japan, found himself in situation where he needs to make some easy cash. Joseph found his way into the world of underground street racing in Japan after encountered a Pastel*Palettes member Eve Wakamiya. With the help of his newfound crew, could he and his crew take over the street racing scene once and for all?
