The Nyte Kingdom is a violent realm soaked in blood, plagued in wars. Years ago the kingdom lost its Sacred Beasts. Nine Tailed Foxes, this clan controlled weather in the kingdom, served royalty, and protected the land. Growing tired of endless wars my ancestors abandoned the kingdom and went into hiding. 200 years later my clan has prospered in isolation on the demonic land, Khaida. I've always been a weak and unpredictable but I was next in line to inherit the clan. Somehow everything goes wrong and I end up lying in the forest heavily wounded, before being captured by the Prince of Nyte Kingdom and taken in as his possession. In return for healing and caring for me I devote myself to Dezimus and his cause. My devotion admiration, admiration turns into love which transforms into fear. The young prince who seemed so charming is not the man he paints himself to be. And if I intend to stay by his side, I'll have to change for better or worse.
Dezimus
Ever since I was young mother ignored me and father disciplined teaching the significance of love, devotion, and power. Charming, obedient, respectful, humble, I project this in all I do to achieve my goals and inherit the crown. Once I sit on the throne it'll be far too late wars shall be waged, clans annihilated, kingdoms conquered. Everything shall be under my grasp, my control. I'll permit the little fox to stay by my side as I test her devotion and resolve. When you live as I live you become accustomed to planning ahead and yet I never thought of the possibility that my Yuki is changing faster than I expected. Her powers grow stronger as her mind turns to a more unstable and preferred state. I rather conquer kingdoms and play games with my Yuki. But it seems that as long as I string her along I'll end up destroying the little fox and in return she promises me to invoke chaos in my land. Silly Fox. As if I would let her walk freely in my land when her place is right beside me.

The pups around me began to moan in pain, capturing my attention as I furrowed my brows. Their features were all contorted by an invisible pain that inflicted them but I felt absolutely nothing. My heart raced when their groans of pain became screams but I- I suddenly drop to the ground, a painful throbbing in my head forcing me to the ground. I grip the sides of my head, screaming. I don't know how to explain it but it felt as though my brain was tearing in two, like my head was cracking open. When the pain stopped, I found myself surrounded by wolves, the shifted pups. Looking down at myself, I only see my body, no paws and no fur. I hadn't shifted... ✨🌕✨ Book 2* 'The Wolven King' is the first book and must be read in order to understand this one. ⚠️ WARNING!!
