This is my own version of a Garnet x Reader story. a Garnet x Gem (Fem) Reader
After moving to Beach City, missing your best friend, you met a boy who is the same as you, you get to know him and he eventually introduces you to the soon to be love of your life, after opening up to him and his magical family you begin to tell your secrets, one by one, and one by one he helps you with your secret problems and begins to show you how powerful you can be, opening your eyes to all the powers that had been hidden within your gem, find out what other wonders await you
This story doesn't properly explore the Garnet x Reader relationship until later on in the story, one issue i saw in most stories were the reader was underage, and i saw a lot of people had a problem with it (i personally didn't mind but yeah) so i thought it would be fun to have a story were the reader wasn't underage, so i decided to explore more before adding the Garnet x reader relationship, i wanted to show why Garnet (a fusion built on love and in the show has confirmed she couldn't love anyone else, would love you, showing how close they get and how much they make each other find out about themselves

Beach City's Lost Files
Imagine Beach City. A normal city, normal people, normal society, a normal school. Or, at least, one can only assume so. Some might say that their school is abnormal because of the people in it. When we use the word "abnormal" to describe Beach City Middle School, we aren't lying. As gems, Pearl, Garnet, Amethyst, Steven, and all the others have a bit of a hard time living normal lives. Whether they're respected or picked on because of their appearance, they all manage to get through... Most of it. The crystal gems, trying to hide their secrets to avoid further investigation, Steven and Connie, trying to live life to the fullest, Lapis and Peridot, trying to uncover as many secrets as possible, and Jasper and her gang, trying to be the best and most loved- and feared. What if there was a new family who is moving to Beach city just have a peaceful life, but they ended up meeting a strange boy who is so overly Positive but has a troubled life that's trying to hide his problems with his bright smile? what do they do when they meet? This takes place after the spinel incident and steven meets a whole new family moving to beach City! Steven looks different compared to when he was kid, but after white diamond removed his gem he began to notice that something wasn't quite right so he went to the mirror and look at whats different and to his surprise, his hair was turning pink but thats not all he noticed, his Gem...it began to rotate to that of a diamond so he did the only thing he could think of, he went to the diamonds about this, so say they were shocked was an understatement, so white diamond began to explain that maybe when she removed his gem, the gem itself began to make changes because your human half can't take the diamond powers that are showing so it maybe changing you to be a half-Diamond, steven understood that his gem was only doing what it thought was protecting him. So he just let it happen even though it was hurting when his gem was rotating but white diamond said that it might take awhile for it to rotate. So he was just walking around in pain but doesn't let it affect him and he didn't tell the gems of the new changes yet.
