Many years ago, werewolves had fated mates. After an awful act by the, then Alpha King, werewolves were punished by the moon goddess, removing their ability to find their mates. Unstable without their mates, chaos reigned among the werewolves.

Fast forward to present day, 'Artie' Artemis Harlington, a 20 year old who found that the only person who was ever going to look out for her was her, gets herself in a spot of trouble with the present Alpha King, Theo Valencia, cursed with blindness and stripped of his wolf following his tyrannical ruling .
