This collection of poetry explores the complex feelings of one navigating through the choppy waters of young adulthood. As the poetry and prose contained in this story follows my own mental hardships, I hope someone dealing with or having dealt with the same distress and sometimes bliss of the unknown can find some solace in these words. I want this book to shake hands with your own mind or hold it like an old friend, providing comfort and understanding where it never had before.
