Set in the Archie Comics Universe, Sonic and his friends finally managed to rid themselves of the Evil Doctor Eggman. However a new foe has taken over the role of Sonic arch nemesis. Doctor Magnus Robotnik, an android created by Doctor Eggman. With his arrival he quickly beat and captured the Freedom Fighters and it's up to Tails and his new friend to save them.
