Jason Todd is running from his past, at day he's a regular Gotham citizen but at night he's Red hood Gotham's very own drug lord and anti hero. 

Wade Wilson is a twelve year old street kid in Gotham city, never knew his parents and had been on the run from cps ever since he ran away from his abusive foster parents.

Who would guess that Wades life would be turned upside down one night when he decided to go out on a walk past the docs and play hero, and that decision would build a brotherhood like no other.
