Amane Misaki (OC) is a resident at Tokyo Medical University Hospital, nearing the end of her residency and at the end of the 7 year relationship with her now ex-boyfriend. Finding solace at her favorite izakaya to drink and eat away her confusing emotions, she reluctantly spends the evening alone despite hating eating solo. Little does she know that she's being watched by a pair of amused cat-like eyes, revealed to belong to a fellow resident with awful bedhead and annoying laugh.
