The story of a girl with powers trying to find her place in a world already overstocked with heroes.  A world that is quite exclusive to people like her, people with powers but fairly useless powers without training.  She has a plan though, a plan that doesn't quite go as she expected and that is forever changing, but a plan.  A key part of that plan, the Teen Titans of course.
