Every seven generations the Amber family has an odd child. Not just an odd child but a freak. Arthur Amber the youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. Amber, just turned sixteen and is determined to see the world for what it is and he doesn't care if they don't want see him for what he is. Before he escapes he must overcome many obstacles and a few deaths maybe.
