When I feel depressed or hurt, I write about what I feel in that moment. And it sorta helps. And I Just wanted to share it in case anyone felt the same. I'm always here if anyone needs to talk. This is a safe book and don't mean to alert or hurt anyone. It's just what I've written throughout the years and still currently suffer with depression.

Why didn't you come back? Where were you when I needed you the most? Why couldn't you remember me, what happened to you? You left me, you broke your promise. How can I ever trust you again? Why should I speak if no one will listen? Even though you were my twin you were my everything. No one wanted come anywhere near me, whether because of you and your reputation or because of the things that HE did. You blew caution to the wind, I warned you that day it was a bad idea. Mother told us to be careful. But you, you never seem to stay out of trouble, and me I always came along for the ride. Trouble followed me too, but not by choice, but what HE did. You used to take the hit for me, made sure I never got hurt. But once you were gone no one could protect me, and our little sister had left me too that spring.
