The Pen.

In a world of kingdoms, kings, queens and battles, a world far from our own, the age sixteen in incredibly important. On everyone's sixteenth birthday, you are chosen by a weapon which gives honour to your family. In Emma Barnes case this came with a tad more pressure as her family was famous for possessing some of the grandest and deadliest weapons, her family's role in the Kingdoms army had made King Benedict one of the most formidable kings around. The expectation of her weapon was high but instead Emma ends up with a pen.

Perhaps Emma will prove that the pen truly is mightier than any sword.
