Do you remember that girl who attacked Pixie? She had a name, she used to be special, until they found her, changed her. I used to know her myself she came out changed. She was only a pawn though. Once she failed they threw her out like a piece of trash. Replacing her with someone better and more trained.

Her name was Opal, was she truly bad? She was just being used by someone greater. She was never blinded by love or other things but, used. Forced into something that was against her beliefs.

I bet when you first started listening as I told you my story you thought Opal was bad, seeking power and willing to do anything to do so, no. She was humble before they found her. She was my friend and we thought that we could escape, she sacrificed her freedom so that I could free her.

This is the story of Opal, how she wasn't a villain only a pawn she was a great person used in a plot. The last words she said to me where "Tell my story, please I don't want to be forgotten." This isn't a happy story but, I plan to stay true to my word.All Rights Reserved

Well, just before first period, a 'conveniently'-timed password-entry prompt pops on on her phone screen, right as she: 1) Presses the sensor, and 2): sneezes, spreading rhinoviruses all over herself and her phone. She wipes the phone off and goes to class,thinking nothing more of the incident until the next day, when she goes to turn it on and gets a kill screen: "Fatal Error 81-141. The flu's contagious, didn't you know that? Bye now, gone to play Caesar- Veni, vidi, vici and all that." With that, her phone blinks off, and within hours, other phones begin to follow suit. With panic on the rise, and global tensions rapidly following suit, can Vincent and her friends find the cure before it's hard shutdown? **NaNoWriMo 2017** Complete in the sense that I'll probably never write any more of this story. I might edit it someday, though. I had a decent idea when I started, but that quickly went out the window.
