Steve Rogers makes a mistake. After the rumors of Tony having an affair reach him he gets drunk and wakes up naked besides a familiar face. None other than his ex lover Peggy Carter.
But to Peggy, it was more than just a night stand.

Steve decides to break things off with Tony but realizes his huge mistake a bit too late.

After a miserable year, Steve suffers from a head injury resulting in temporary memory loss. He wakes up with the mentality of still being with Tony and pushes Peggy away.

In order to help with the recovery, Tony is asked to step in and help. 
Does Tony still have feelings?

Not helping their problems, a new threat came to be; a powerful terrorist leader named the Mandarin has been responsible for multiple bombings. Tony fears that Pepper might leave him and take Emma with her because she's had enough, especially when she gets visited by an old interest, Killian. After Happy Hogan was severely injured by one of the bombings, an angry Tony gave a threatening promise to Mandarin on the news, which later caused a terrorist attack on Tony's own house, with Pepper and Emma inside. I am terrible at giving descriptions but anyway. This story is taking place after Avengers infinity war. 'He knew I needed him but still he wasn't here.' Tony yelled. He fell in love with a man who he would have given the world for, but lost him due to his life choices as well. It almost seemed like a miracle that he used the phone he gave him for emergencies, he believed that the man wanted to make things better between them, only to have found out when he touched the soil of New York he once walked on, that he was betrayed by said man. Steve loved Tony with all of his heart, but said genius betrayed him, got him locked up in the Raft prison, making him suffer, waiting out the days until he accepted death. But maybe, just maybe there was a bigger reason for what Tony did. But the real question is, can their relationship be fixed, or is it destined to fail.
