Carter Hoskins bursted through his high school's front doors, hopped onto his skateboard, and raced home to pack for a truly unforgettable summer in the mountains of Denali State Park in Alaska. His father, Clyde, anxiously tapped his watch, counting down each monotonous minute in his office cubicle.
The older and much wiser Hoskins owns and operates Matanuska Lodge; a place known by travelers, explorers, and local Alaskans as the perfect place to stop during their journeys through the thousands of acres of mountainous wilderness known as the Matanuska valley. The Hoskins' have dealt with wolverines, bears, and wolves, but they have no idea what to expect when a series of savage murders tear through their part of Alaska. Carter and his friends pledged to spend the summer hiking up to their favorite spot in the mountains, but Clyde and the other 'sensible' adults insist that the kids stay locked down in the lodge until the Denali Sheriff can get to the bottom of these gruesome murders. Simply unable to "leave things to the professionals," Carter Hoskins decides to crack the case himself, and is quickly wrapped up in a completely unbelievable situation that defies reality and forces even the most capable wilderness survival experts to wonder what could be watching from the treeline.

What begins as an ordinary day quickly spirals into something extraordinary for Mason. When his school is reportedly flooded beyond repair, he's forced to transfer to Short Meadow High - a new environment, new faces, and, as it turns out, new adventures. But Mason's thirst for excitement never stays quiet for long. After a few strange coincidences and overheard conversations, he discovers that the flood might not have been an accident at all. Digging deeper, he uncovers that his old school was shut down for a reason far darker than anyone let on. The truth surfaces when news breaks that the notorious scientist Dr. Jeremy Langhammer-a brilliant but deranged criminal mastermind-has escaped from a nearby prison. Soon Mason learns that Langhammer and his network of henchmen are using the abandoned school as their secret hideout. With his parents, Mark and Michelle, conveniently out of town, Mason feels an unshakable pull to uncover the truth himself. Against all odds, he and his loyal friends embark on an investigation filled with danger, deception, and a trail of toxic experiments that could threaten the entire town. Between unraveling mysteries and keeping up with school life, Mason and his friends still find time to chase their passions-trying out for sports, exploring the campus, and unexpectedly earning spots on the team. But as two months pass and his old school finally reopens, Mason faces a heart-wrenching choice: stay with his new friends at Short Meadow or return to the past he's just escaped. And with whispers of lingering danger, the real question becomes-will his curiosity lead to discovery or disaster?

Demons in the Jungle

24 parts Complete Mature

When you go into the jungle to kill, you'd better be ready to kill a piece of yourself. Tommy Volker, age 22, and his friends, are adventuring across the world in search of excitement and danger. With Tommy's bank account having bulged from an unexpected inheritance, the possibilities are near-endless as they try to wander off the tourist trail at every opportunity. Tommy and the gang are in Brazil when they're approached by an eccentric man named Amy who makes them a disturbing offer: for $120,000, they can go to the jungle, hunt, and kill a human being. His friends are appalled, but Tommy is intrigued, so he sneaks away and accepts the offer without looking back once. But the jungles of the nearby Chawe Islands have plans for Tommy. Within hours, he loses most of his equipment and is badly wounded. Amy refuses to pick him up, coercing Tommy to honor the deal by keeping one of his friends captive as insurance. Tommy, armed only with a knife, is forced to turn back into the darkness of the jungle and find out what sort of man he really is.
