~The Hunger Games FanFic~
My name is Marline Cresta.
I am 14 years old.
This is my story.
I was born in a cottage by the beautiful sea. However, the world I was born into a world that was not as beautiful. I was born into a world full of killing for sport, where a tiny mistake could get you killed. Full of this is right, this is wrong, black and white, no grey.
Like I was saying, I was born by the sea.
I grew up in the sea, with my father keeping a close eye, because my mother had drowned in the sea shortly after I was born. I don't remember her at the slightest, but I know she loved me very much.

You were always made fun of for being short and chubby or fat as kids called you. Even though you were extremely smart and got great grades a lot of kids made fun of you saying you were stupid,fat,ugly,worthless etc...All you have is your family. Your family always supports you and tries to make you happy. Your family loves you deeply but other than that you don't exactly have good friends and the guy your with isn't the nicest. You work at a small coffee/tea cafe for a nice woman named Charlotte. You have the evening into night shift. You work 4:45pm-midnight. This Tree Bleeds Red /|\ Hunger Games
This work follows The Hunger Games book from the POV of an OC. Some of the plot will be changed and/or dialogue will be different. I will be following the original plot from the book as closely as possible, with some variations of differing scenes or text due to the OC insert. Thus, the world, most of the characters in this fic, most of the plot, and dialogue, belongs to and is owned by Suzanne Collins. All rights are to the creators of the hunger games series. This work will span through the first book in The Hunger Games Trilogy, and I hope to create others in the future that insert Willow into the other two books as well. Disclaimer: There will likely be some stuff in this fic that are cliche within Hunger Games fics. Also note: there's a last name naming convention for abandoned and orphaned children that is used throughout the districts. Willow's last name is Fairchild because of this. Fairchild is the most common surname for orphans, and is known throughout the districts to be for an orphaned or abandoned person. ALSO IMPORTANT: In this fanfic, Peeta and Katniss are aged up to 18, everybody else's ages are staying the same, don't come for me pls.
