At just fifteen years old, Blaire Thompson thought she had it all. Living in Alberta, owning a fancy stable and competing top level dressage with her mare, Blaire was happy. She lived for competing and loved every second spent around horses. And then something changed. Her mother, unhappy with Blaire, began to put to much pressure on her. Second place was never good enough. Blaire HAD to win first. But Blaire didn't like this new way of living. She began to dread her lessons and competing. Finally, after a blow up with her mother, Blaire packed a bag, stole some money, food and ran.

Anger on her mind, she purches a cow pony to get back at her mother, knowing she never approved of western events and takes to rhe road. Shortly after, by chance, she finds herself at Fire Forest Stables, where she takes up the job as an exercise rider. Then, a chance of a lifetime comes up. The chance to travel around North America, stopping at each rodeo and competing. Eager for adventure, she packs off with her new friends on the journey.

Will Blaire ever remember how much fun riding used to be?

A broken prodigy. 17 year old Olive Bennett wishes for nothing more than to wash away the dark memories that haunt her day and night. Moving to Wilson Creek was supposed to do that. But nothing brings the dread back more than her crippled leg, and the horse she hides from herself and everyone else. Helping her father earn desperately needed money, Ollie picks up a job at the local stables, a pristine english riding centre home to stuck up girls and beautiful horses that have never been loved. And it's getting hard to ignore her feelings when Gus, an arrogant, annoying yet gorgeous stablehand is thrown into the mix, his one mission - to break down Ollie's walls. Then, without even realising it, Ollie soon finds herself teaching Wilson Creek Stables her ways of horsemanship - the western art of creating bonds and being kind. Can they help her heal with her own broken horse? 'This book is legendary! It's truly compelling and brought me back time and time again. The characters are so easy to fall head over heels with, and the storyline is a complete bomb. I would recommend this ripper of a book to anyone and it should really be published by now.' - @Ruby_Splash. Some people are born to be on the back of a horse, Coralee Dutton for one. She's the youngest daughter of John Dutton's older brother Benjamin. John inherited the ranch because he was a rancher while his brother wasn't. There are no hard feelings, Benjamin is happy with his life and the brothers have a deep love for each other. Coralee has been showing horses since she was young and has gotten quite good. She started as a barrel racer and is now into reining horses. She is at the ranch because John wants to buy her a top quality horse to show and he's asked Travis Wheatley to bring some to the ranch to show her. Beth Dutton has always hated Coralee. Coralee is younger and prettier and resembles the tragic Elsa Dutton. She hates Beth's drinking problem and tries to stay out of her way, drunk or sober. She believes Beth is unstable and that only makes it worse. Travis has had his eye on Coralee for a long time. He wants to go out with her, hell, he wants to sleep with her but she means more to him. He's a playboy and a rogue and he knows it, but maybe he could change his ways if she just gave him a chance. He's older and feeling the need to settle down and Coralee could make him change his ways. For those of you who know my writing, I rarely try to include events in the original story, to me that's not creating it's copying. I noticed this when I wrote my Mummy story. To me that's kind of cheating. So, you can this story "based on" Yellowstone if you like. Travis is a character in the story and since Rip and Kayce are basically taken, I used him. Also, there are a lot of Rip or Kayce stories here, I wanted to write something else. Readers: I know ranching, I know horses, I studied equine science. Our instructor used to hire us out to his friends to drive their cattle for them. I participated in a cattle drive celebrating the San Antonio trail. This made this story more fun to write
