How far would mother go to protect her child? Some may tell their children to be home by 10, be careful outside and not talk to strangers, because stranger is danger. Some wouldn't even give attention to their loved one but some may be so strict that kid has no chance of having a social life and freedom. Lyndsay Jones is living with her mother and stepfather who are both drug addicts since her parents' divorce. Her mother is controlling the girl and making sure she wouldn't ever leave mom and disappear from her life. After Lyndsay comes home from visiting dad later than she was supposed to, girl gets in an argument with her mom and then mysteriously vanishes.

Leah Rhodes has been trapped in her mind for years. One weekend, her parents decide to go out of town, leaving Leah with her older brother. Relishing the sudden freedom, Daniel forgets his sister's medications, and he discovers Leah to be almost ordinary without them. Did Leah actually snap? Or is that just what their parents wanted everyone to believe? IMPORTANT-- only marked as mature for brief violence (better safe than sorry, eh?) *** I swear I'm better at writing stories than I am at describing them. #1 in whatsgonnahappen !!!!! #5 in psychological Feb 16 - July 5, 2019
