The world and 60% of Humanity was destroyed by a random Alien creature Dubbed Oracles that appeared and left Humanity defenseless. over centuries, the newer generation of humans Developed Abilities called Matter and was able to face off against the Oracle. they created 4 Great Nations with Academies to teach the newer generation how to control their Matter.
