Allison Tyler was just a photographer who lives in Chicago, IL. She is an up and coming photographer in her area until one day she came across the unfortunate path of Latin Kings gang leader Sebastian Perez.

Sebastian Perez is the leader of one of the strongest gangs in Chicago, so strong that he controls everyone all the way up to the mayor. He doesn't always take care of people who can't pay him back but on this one rare occasion he runs into a young woman who sees him taking care of business.
