Toni is a straight A student, never get into trouble, has a good amount of friends, but one problem; she hates herself. She starves to be pretty, she cuts to distract herself from her problems, she's bipolar, has anxiety, she has paranoia, and had heavy depression. Her dad left. And that's a good thing because he abused Toni every way possible. Dana was the baby so she wasn't touch. Their mom tried to stop it but it didn't work. Sooner or later he left the three of them for a stripper and they became 'happy' again.

Jake is a bad boy. His dad is in jail for addiction to alcohol and for beating Jake. His mom left when he was 10 so he lives with his aunt Kitty. They get along but she doesn't agree with his cutting. He blames himself for everything. He's sad and needs someone to fix him.

What will happen when he starts his Senior year at Montgomery High? What about when he meets Toni? What happens when he sees her wrist and she sees his? Will they find love or will one not know?
