The Selection

His life is perfect on the surface, but behind those electric blue eyes, breathes a lonely and solitary person. He is going to become the king of Illea. Being an orphan, he spends his forlorn life behind the walls of his castle, looking at the stars and missing his father. Little does he know that events would take an unexpected turn when one day, he finds someone who changes his life for good. Only to find that she hates him more than anything in this world.

She lives with her sick father. Lost her mother at an early stage of life. Her once withered life blossoms when her eyes meet those electric blue ones. Time seems to stop when she is with him. She, unknowingly, falls for a person who she despises the most.

What a turn events will take when she mysteriously enters the Selection? Will he reveal his secret to her and confess his feelings? In this game of truth and lies, will he be able to protect his kingdom or will lose everything to the Rebels?
