This fanfic follows the Darling in the FRANXX anime up till the ending. Hiro and Zero Two still sacrifice themselves but in this, I'm writing down an alternate ending I had in mind where their revival is earlier, around the first graduation scene in the anime, and they still have their memories. If this takes off, then I might continue. I also have plans for another alternate ending. This is my first fanfic so, yeah hope it's good.Todos los derechos reservados

I also drew some story inspiration from My Cyber for the first few chapters. It's actually a pretty good fanfic and is worth a read. Not long after Zero Two and Hiro reunite, the members of squad 13 return to base for some much needed rest and relaxation. Although Doctor Franxx notices some strange readings coming off the squad's Franxx during some standard repairs. These strange events include the mech's faces appearing when not pilots are present in the cockpit and the act of moving on their own. Eventually these strange occurrences lead to a shocking discovery, the Franxx have come to life and have personalities that are combinations of both their pilot's personality's. If that wasn't enough the Franxx start referring to their pilots as they're parents. Someone help this poor group of teenagers.
