The symbol on the cover is "Tabono." It is a symbol that translates to "oar" or "paddle" in the Adinkra language of Western Africa. It is a symbol of unity of purpose, strength, confidence and hard work to reach a destination or goal. 

Now imagine if this symbol could represent our society. That's the dream.
