This is story about a girl who met the devil and became a witch, not only that but her life as she tries to discover her life before the age of ten. Having been taken by the devil and her mind wiped, she can't help but feel that part of her is missing, her younger memories don't seem to feel real and these people she calls her friends don't feel friendly. She doesn't have a name, a name is never used when people speak to or about her, it is merely "she", "her" or "the devil's daughter" and yet she still doesn't know why she is nameless and she is also too scared to ask. What will become of her as she approaches her sixteenth birthday, will she attend one of the many academies for witches and warlocks or will she escape her home in hell and try live as a mortal again, to find the truth?
