Words of a Silent Mouth

This is a book based off many writing I have done in notebooks over the last few years. I thought I would share some out with the public because I figured if I feel this way, maybe there's others out in the world who feel the same.
We all have things we cant always say out loud. We all have thoughts we don't like to share out loud. We all get stressed and sad or maybe feel alone. We have periods of deep, painful sadness, but we also have times of healing when it's great to be alive. Everyone has a past that effects their present but might have trouble putting it into words; so they stay silent.
