If you were to repeat a year in your life, how old would you be?
Carl just had his 21st birthday, only not for the first time. It may or may not be de ja vou, but something is for sure, he will figure out this weird occurrence that is otherwise a strange phenomenon. He thinks that only he experiences this and is at lost for where to start in his search.
