Avid reader of and aspiring author to The New York Times, Eryn Sallow, has all but luck in romance. From friend zoned to cheated on, you name it, she's lived it. After four romantically unfavorable years of college, she came to the executive decision to veto entirely relationships. At least, in her twenties.

But in wine-drunk and lonely night spent reading the newest article -- "thirty-six questions that can make two people fall in love," curiosity laced with alcohol get the best out of her, persuading Eryn to book herself dates in a pseudo-tinder app with the intentions of deciphering just to what extent is the article true. And when collecting data, you can't conform to just one trial; hence why she arranges for five.

And solely because this might just be the opening she needs to achieve her journalism dreams, the liquor-caused idea becomes a determination to water down the accuracy of the article and the entirety of the concept of romance into a column.

What I got was something different. The beautiful descriptions of the beach town made me feel warm and cozy and kept me reading until these two characters were introduced. I thought their meeting was innocent and sweet, not what I was expecting. It was really good." - CourtneyPeterman0

Twenty-year-old Rachel West has dedicated her life to her one, big dream -- to become a respected journalist. Fresh out of university and over the moon to be starting her new job at a national newspaper, Rachel feels that her dream may soon be a reality. But when it becomes apparent her new employers aren't interested in hard hitting exposés, Rachel finds herself having to write about the one thing she knows nothing of -- relationships. Although largely sceptical and somewhat terrified of what she'll uncover, Rachel is determined to prove herself. So, with her small group of friends acting as guides, she embarks into the uncharted world of dating. And as her journey takes her deeper into the pursuits of love, Rachel starts to wonder if maybe she shouldn't have been so quick to judge. *This book is being severely edited, please excuse any/all mistakes, errors or general weirdness*
