Alexis Salvatore has always been an achiever. An honor student, a campus journalist, a student leader, a competitive speaker, and a debater -- she is all of these. She is meticulous and rational, so when she fell in love, she wanted things to be within her control. However, when things did not go according to her liking, her judgment was challenged -- to choose between what was sensible or going after the man she loves.
