Bert was very picky when it came to boyfriends. He dated Gerard for his money, since he came from a very rich background. 
    
    But there was one problem...
    
    He shamed Gerard. He thought he was fat and ugly.
    
    He pushes Gerard to have plastic surgery, and made him pay. 
    
    The surgeon who was supposed to be preforming the plastic surgery was Doctor Frank Iero, who thought Gerard was beautiful the way he was. 
    
    Only moments before surgery, Gerard changes his mind, taking Franks words into  thought.
