Amelia Bronson grew up an upper-class girl, always supported and cared for. Her family was practicly royalty. Lavish parties and royal banquets were common in her lifestyle. She had attended the best school in the country and was thought of as intelligent among the people. From the outside, her life seemed perfect. Though, despite the privileged life she knew, she had lacked one thing. One very important thing.
Freedom.
Amelia was trapped. With all the people watching her, her family pressured her to be perfect. Everything thing she did was considered breaking news. Mistakes were not tolerated, no matter how big or small. When passing through towns she saw people living an average life enviously, watching as the drank, sang and danced freely. Able to make mistakes and be themselves. Hearing of the tales people told while traveling and sailing out at sea, she did the only logical thing.

I was born into the royal family, raised as a princess and I always had to remember to act like one. My best friend Eric was always their for me and I was for him, I knew I wasn't able to marry him for he wasn't of Royalty. We'd always get into trouble then we'd sneak off and do our own thing. My my parents told me I'd had to be married and soon that man came. Later my mother and father was called away for a wedding and I was able to have two weeks running the kingdom alone, on the Monday of the second week was probably the worst day of my life because that's when the yellow letter came. _____________________ I am planning on editing the crap out of this book to fix up the mistakes and change a few holes I left open. Plus my writing style has advanced some bit, I add much more detail now.🙌🏻 Also Ive changed the cover photo to but keeping the same title. "He seemed like a puzzle to me, and I really liked solving puzzles. But somehow, I don't think that I would ever be able to solve this one." Amelia Heart, with her large smile and her infectious laugh, is what most people would think has the perfect life. They would watch as she went back to her beach house, as she went out of her way to stop and chat to her neighbours, as she would get the perfect grades. She was everything you wanted to be, and yet nobody had gotten close enough to her to understand her life in this small town at all. When her plans of leaving suddenly change, and she is forced to start attending the local school, her life takes a route that she hadn't accounted for. A new group of friends, a chance at a normal teenage life, even a potential love interest - things that Amelia had never even thought about happening after everything she'd been through. But happiness is only temporary in her life, and she knew that. It wasn't surprising to her when her past began to catch up with her present, it was simply a good thing that it had taken as long as it had. Things start happening in Amelia's life that simply don't make sense, even to her. They do say you should always keep an eye over your shoulder, especially when you know you're being hunted, but for Amelia, even an eye in every direction wouldn't be enough. Time begins counting down, fast. Did she want to involve her friends? Could the new people in her life be trusted? She wouldn't have long to make a decision. Mermaids are real, and unlike humans they have powers. Every mermaid is matched with an element when they are born, its not there choice but the worlds in a way, you see the mermaids tail color tells them their element and powers some are more powerful with it and other's not so much to useless. Green tails mean their element is Nature and earth, orange and yellow is light, purple is shadows, pink is wind and then there is blue for water and red for fire. But, when a princess is born with a tail holding 5 out of 6 of the elemental colors and starts getting hunted at the age of one. There was only one thing the king could do to keep his precious babygirl safe and that's what he had done. Amelia Light was adopted at the age of one. Knowing the truth she feel's that these people are her real family even if they aren't by blood. Living a normal life with a loving family and an annoying older brother, Amelia never expected her life to change in the way it did. She had grown up to love the water, she could always hold her breath for a long time and the people around her would always be filled with shock and bewilderment but, to her it was normal. At the age of 5 Amilea could hold her breath for a minute but as she gotten older it changed when she was 10 she could hold it for 5 minutes easy! Now that she is turning 16 soon she can hold it for almost and I mean almost 10 minutes. She had loved everything about it but the summer after she turned 15 some.. Difficulties happen and Amelia discovers she has a tail! A hard secret to keep, and lots of difficulties on the road ahead, will Amelia be able to get all the answer's she is looking for? And what will she do now? Can she really live the best of both worlds? Or will she have to choose? How will she even find were to get her answer's too? Will the mermaids and mermen be freaked out by her tail? Will they know about the princess or have no idea? All will be answered as we read about Amelia's journey in Cast Away.Complete
