This story takes place when Percy and Annabeth are about to get out of Tartarus, but something goes wrong. Polybotes said that he would torture him under the sea. "Everyday the water will heal you, and everyday I will bring you closer to death." No one though that that would actually happen... but they were wrong. How much torture can Percy take? how much physically? How much mentally. when will he finally break?
Note: most characters belong to Rick Riordan, but I own the plot and the words.
⚠️WARNING⚠️ thought of suicide, torture, detailed description, depression, and weapons is in this book (not that much of it but I just want to be carful of anybody that could be triggered by this since it is only my second story)

Percico!! When Percy and Annabeth break up, Nico is the only one to see how much it's affecting Percy. When Percy locks himself in his cabin, Nico forces him to return to a normal lifestyle and helps him (try) to get better. Warning: there's going to be some sad stuff, including self-harm and depression so please be careful if its too close to you. Percy didn't even know what he 'supposedly ' did. All he knew now was pain, indescribable pain. He had been disowned by Poseidon, and now water hates every molecule in his body. The water that once healed him, now wants to kill him. Percy must find a way to survive, that also includes hiding from everything in the Greek world. All the while, the water in his blood is slowly killing him. He needs to find a way to get back into everyone's good graces, escape, or die. Percy is running out of time. Percy Jackson is not a good person. At least, not anymore. Percy has been through a lot. Annabeth is dead and his few remaining friends are scattered across America. Percy's been loyal and heroic his whole life, he's always done what the gods asked. And they have only ever repaid him with pain and indifference. So now it's his turn. His longing for justice is growing and the more bitter he becomes, the more it sinks in that without Annabeth, he has nothing left to fight for. But then again, there's nothing holding him back. Revenge is something that has long been above Percy. But at the end of the day, at least it's something to fight for. The gods have forgotten that loyalty goes both ways.
