Rainey felt the steel blade pierce into her heart. The sword forced out large streams of thick blood. She gaped in horror at the blood that left her body like a waterfall. At this moment in time, 7000 miles away: Aife's beautiful face and pensive eyes stared back at him, when she died at his feet. Her hands clutched his feet and her hair was wildly attached to the ground like the roots of a plant. The windows in Gaiden Vale's castle closed abruptly. The curtains helped cover the sight of Mirai lying on her bed. Her hands shook when she took the crown out of her hair. Each of her hair strands turned grey, when the crown slid through it.Mirai placed the silver crown in his rough hands and her body disappeared. ●●●● Venges and Anger lead to many consequences. The deaths of these three girls are an example. Alcinder, Asher and Azrail are the three boys who stained their hands with innocent blood. The crown in their story that was once decorated by an array of stones and praised for its power, was locked away for its worthlessness. It never glowed even once, but after two thousand years , a flicker of light came out. The six masters had returned, but their story would change.

He laughs, the sound rich and rough, sending a shiver down my spine. "God, you're infuriating." I mutter, glaring at him as our blades lock. "And you're intoxicating." He replies, his voice dropping to a whisper. My breath hitches. In that split second of distraction, he twists his blade, knocking my cutlass from my hands. Before I can react, he steps forward, pinning me against the railing, his blade at my throat. His breath brushes my skin, his green eyes dark and unreadable as they stare into mine. "Yield?" He murmurs, his voice soft but dangerous. My chest heaves. Our breaths mingling in the narrow space between us. His eyes are locked on mine, dark and smoldering, and I can't look away. "Never." I breathe, my heart hammering in my chest. The tension between us snaps, sharp and undeniable. His gaze drops to my lips, lingering there for a moment that stretches impossibly long. *********** They never asked to be chosen. They never asked for a prophecy. But destiny doesn't care what they want. Isabella's world shatters when she and her friends are thrust into a realm of magic, danger, and secrets older than time itself. Forced into a fight they don't fully understand, they must rely on each other-and on the mysterious stranger who carries more shadows than answers. As love blossoms where it shouldn't, as loyalty is tested, and as grief carves its mark into their hearts, Isabella learns that strength isn't born from power-it's forged in the bonds we refuse to let break. But every victory comes at a cost. And when one war ends, another begins. Epic, romantic, and heart-wrenching, a story of friendship, sacrifice, and the kind of love that refuses to be forgotten-even in the face of destiny.
