Only in the modern world could two people from vastly different backgrounds, speaking  completely different languages, meet in a country that neither of them are from talking to each other in a language that neither of them grew up on.  But those make for the best stories now don't they?
    
    Set in modern day San Francisco, UCSF medical student from Norway spends a lot of time on her studies and has neglected her relationship life although she is unsure if it's intentional or not.
