"It's cold...dark...and scary...There's no way out...I can still smell the beautiful flowers....the nice warm weather at the beach....but it's different now, Hi my name is Bethany Brown and this is my story. Iv been kidnapped for almost 12 years now. Iv never seen the daylight. My kidnapped mother takes care of me, but when she gets angry her husband abuses me. I have bruises on my arms, legs, and face. Sometimes I wish I could just die...be ready instead of suffering. I try running away but I keep staying back...why? Something is holding me back. But I need to find my family. And I need help fast.
