[REVISION WIP] [If you wish to read the story, the original is still posted, you may come and view the revisions here as they are posted. I am leaving the original up as I do not expect to finish the revisions in short time. Link to original: https://www.wattpad.com/story/147205427-rise-of-the-warrior-of-everfen) This is an epic, character driven tale about love, gaining freedom, finding yourself, and overcoming hardship. Stolen away as a child, Erinne has spent her life as a slave to the orcs, a race that has been at war with humans for as long as she can remember. However, times are changing and the new Great Chieftain has forbidden the keeping of slaves in a bid to bring peace with the humans. Being freed is only the beginning. She struggles to find her place in the world as humans no longer accept her for being too "orcish" and orcs find her too human. She is stuck in between, in the heart of a war attempting to broker peace for the orcs that saved her life while she fights to survive and understand the war inside her own heart and find where she belongs.
