Red Star Interlude

A world that's changed from the natural development of human life to one split into four regions with people using newly bestowed powers to survive in this changed landscape. Arcan a child of the Chaos region takes on this new world while trying to find out who he wishes to be, and meets a person who shows him what its like to live every day with next one being in jeopardy of never coming past.
