The war was over. The demigods were finally able to relax, for the first time in what has seemed like forever. Percy, Annabeth, Frank, Hazel, Jason, Piper, Thalia, Nico, Reyna, and all the other demigods, Roman and Greek, can rest easy. Until the Avengers come in. 
After reading the little information that S.H.I.E.L.D has on Perseus Jackson, Nick Fury is certain that he is a threat. After several failed attempts to bring him in for questioning to see his true colours, Fury is left with one option. Detain Perseus at all costs. The demigods are now faced with the threat of S.H.I.E.L.D. looming over them, they don't even realize the bigger threat rising. Avengers. . . Assemble.

All around, he could hear the others shouting and running to help. All too late, Percy and Annabeth were gone. Suddenly, Nico heard another sound. A strange crackling was increasingly more and more prominent, until it drowned the voices of the remaining five. Before he realized what was happening, the ground beneath his torso was crumbling away, larger and larger pieces were disappearing in the hungry darkness below. Nico did not have time to react. Leo is only gone for a week before he returns with Calypso. Percy and Annabeth are 17 as of the end of the Second Giant War. Avengers timeline is far less accurate: Civil War doesn't happen. Peter Parker is currently 17 and is just starting to work with the Avengers. S.H.I.E.L.D. is still operational under Director Fury. Wanda is not in this story. Wakanda has yet to be uncovered. Loki does not appear in this story but has been forgiven for his attack on Earth upon discovering he was mind-controlled. The Stark Tower is under reconstruction to become the Avengers Tower.
